The Octopuss is a Movie Funk Rock band (yes, you read that rightâmovie, because they love writing songs about films). Formed by four people who are passionate about rock and have a special love for funk music, they focus on creating wildly catchy funk earworms that make you want to dance along to their grooves.
The Octopuss* began their interstellar journey with the song âWhy Arenât We at Warped Yet?â, followed by more tracks that blend Funk Rock with quirky, âwhat-the-heck-is-this?â lyrics. They tour festivals in Thailand and Taiwan every year since 2017 which they got fanbase in Taiwan too!
What makes The Octopuss* stand out? Beyond performing in Star Trek uniforms, pizza delivery outfits, and handing out grilled octopus and pizza on stage, their shows are packed with energy, humor, and interactive fun. They love getting the audienceâespecially foreignersâto sing along, even if no one really understands the lyrics!
