SINGDVNCEFIST (Sing-Dance-Fist) เริ่มต้นรวมตัวในปี 2019 โดยเป็นการรวมตัวกันของเพื่อนที่ใช้ชีวิตด้วยกันตั้งแต่เด็กจนโต นำเสนอเพลงในเนื้อหามุมมอง ผ่านความกดดันในการต้องเป็นผู้ใหญ่ การใช้ชีวิตด้วยความกลัวต่อการเติบโต อารมณ์ ความสัมพันธ์ ความรับผิดชอบ การเปลี่ยนผ่านของชีวิต บนดนตรีที่ได้รับอิทธิพลตั้งแต่สมัยเด็กเช่น Emo , Punk , Post Hardcore , Midwest Emo และ Alternative Rock หลังจากเริ่มรวมตัว วงได้เริ่มทำเพลง ตะเวนแสดงสดตามงานอินดี้เล็กๆตามไลฟ์เฮาส์ต่างๆตามโอกาส และได้ปล่อยเพลงแรกแบบ Official ในปี 2024 ที่สังกัดอยู่กับ Brand New Me Records
SINGDVNCEFIST (Sing-Dance-Fist) came together in 2019, formed by a group of lifelong friends who grew up side by side. Their music explores themes like the pressure of becoming an adult, the fear of growing up, emotional struggles, relationships, responsibilities, and life transitions. Drawing inspiration from childhood influences such as Emo, Punk, Post-Hardcore, Midwest Emo, and Alternative Rock, the band started out performing at small indie shows and livehouses. In 2024, they officially released their debut track under Brand New Me Records.
