NOISE-Næ เกิดมาจากการรวมตัวกันของ 2 วงดนตรีพี่น้องคณะดนตรีและการแสดง มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่สนิทกันและต้องการทําวงเล่นในงานมหาลัย จึงเกิดการรวมตัวระหว่าง NOISE คือความเอะอะของพวกผม ส่วน Næ เดิมทีชื่อนี้มาจากคํา สร้อยคํา ว่า “แน” ของภาษาอีสาน (เช่น ซอยข่อยแน) แล้วอั้มชอบคํา นี้ จึงมาใช้เป็นชื่อวง ส่วนไอ้เครื่องหมาย æ เนี่ย เพราะว่าผม(อั้ม)เป็นแฟนบอลเอซีมิลานครับ แล้วมีนักเตะเดนมาร์กอยู่คนนึง เขาชื่อว่า “Simon Kjær” ผมลองไปศึกษาเรื่องการออกเสียงของตัว æ แล้วผมก็ได้พบว่าตัวæ กับ ae การออกเสียงมันใกล้เคียงกัน ผมจึงเลือกใช้อันที่แปลก
NOISE-Næ, It all started with the merging of two sibling bands from the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts at Burapha University. We were close friends and wanted to form a group to perform at university events. That’s how the band came together.
The name “NOISE” reflects our chaotic, rowdy energy. As for “Næ,” it originally came from the Isaan expression “แน”—like in the phrase “ซอยข่อยแน” (help me out, won’t you?). Aum liked the sound of that word, so we decided to use it. The special character “æ” came from me (Aum) being a fan of AC Milan. There’s a Danish player on the team named Simon Kjær. I looked into how to pronounce “æ” and found that it’s quite similar to “ae,” but I chose the former because it looked more unusual.
